Sugar Pancake

Beat together 2 eggs & 1/3 c sugar
Add 1 tsp cinnamon & 2 Tbsp oil, 1 cup milk
Mix all together.
Add 1 1/2 cups flour

Put in hot slightly greased pan. Brown on both sides.
Top with butter and sugar
